AC rooms
Every room is air-conditioned, with a ceiling fan and proper ventilation as well.
Over a decade in Noida · 8 houses · Boys & girls
For more than ten years we have been looking after students and working professionals across eight houses in Noida — feeding them from our own kitchens, cleaning their rooms every day, and picking up the phone when something goes wrong.
Why people stay with us
Whether you are writing exams or logging into office calls, the same three things decide whether a place works: can you sleep, can you eat properly, and are you safe. Everything else is detail. We have spent over ten years getting these right.
Quiet residential buildings, not crowded commercial blocks. Rooms you can study in, sleep in after a night shift, and think in.
Every house has its own kitchen with an experienced cook and a helper. Nothing is bought in, reheated or sent across from somewhere else.
Buildings are exclusively for boys or exclusively for girls, entry is controlled, and someone is always accountable for who is in the house.
How we run it
Eight houses is deliberately not eighty. It is the size at which the person who owns the business can still know every resident by name.
Every building has its own kitchen, its own experienced cook and a helper. The food is made in the house you live in.
You get the owner's own number. Not a helpdesk, not a caretaker who has to escalate — direct on WhatsApp and on call.
A geyser that stopped, a fan that rattles, a WiFi drop, a complaint about food — raised today, resolved within 24 hours.
Ten years in the same city, with parents who send their second child to us after the first one has left. That is the only review that counts.
What's included
No hidden add-ons and no separate bills for the basics. One monthly amount covers the room, the food, the power backup, the WiFi and the cleaning.
Every room is air-conditioned, with a ceiling fan and proper ventilation as well.
Bed, mattress, table, chair and almirah already in place. Bring a bag, not a truck.
Cooked in the house you live in, by our own cook. Two meals on weekdays, three on weekends.
Chai to start the day and chai when you get back. Served every single day.
Rooms, bathrooms and common areas cleaned daily by our own housekeeping staff.
Backup on the whole house, so a Noida power cut does not become your problem.
Purified RO water available round the clock, with filters serviced on schedule.
Hot water whenever you need it — early class, late shift, or a cold Delhi-NCR morning.
Washing machine available for residents, with space to dry. No per-load charges.
Included in your monthly amount — steady enough for online classes and video calls.
A real work surface and a cupboard of your own, in every room. Not shared, not optional.
Each house runs with its own experienced cook and a helper — people you will know by name.
Cleanliness & hygiene
Ask anyone who has stayed in shared accommodation in Noida — cleanliness is where it usually falls apart after the first month. Ten years in, we run it as a fixed schedule with named staff in each house, not as something that happens when there is time.
The kitchen
There is no central kitchen sending tiffins around Noida. Each of our eight houses has its own kitchen, its own experienced cook and a helper. Rotis come off the tawa hot, the sabzi changes with the season, and the dal is not watered down at the end of the month.
Two meals a day on weekdays and three on weekends, plus morning and evening tea throughout. Unwell, fasting, or have exams? Tell the cook — simple food is arranged.
Rooms
Every option includes the same things — a furnished AC room, meals and tea, daily housekeeping, free WiFi, RO water, geyser and power backup. The only difference is how many of you are in the room.

The whole room to yourself — best if you study late or keep odd shift hours.

Our most popular option — your own bed, almirah and desk, with one housemate.

A larger room shared three ways, without giving up any of the facilities.

The most economical way to stay with us. Four is our maximum — never more.

Where we are
Five houses for boys and three for girls — always separate buildings, never mixed floors or a shared entrance. All of them sit in established residential sectors, close to the metro and to the colleges and offices people here commute to.
Right beside the Sector 18 market — the most connected address we have.
An old, tree-lined sector — one of the quietest pockets in central Noida.
Central, well-connected and walkable to everyday shops and chemists.
Green and low-traffic, with a straight run towards Delhi on the DND.
Best placed for the Sector 62 and Sector 63 office belt.
A separate building from our boys' house — same sector, its own entrance and staff.
One of Noida's calmest residential sectors, and close to the hospitals.
Green, quiet and central — an easy commute in almost every direction.
Moving in
Send a WhatsApp with your preferred sector, sharing type and joining date.
Visit any day between 10am and 7pm. Look at the actual room you would get — not a sample.
Photo ID, your college or office details and a refundable security deposit. No brokers in between.
Room cleaned, keys handed over, and the cook told to count you in from that day.
Talk to us
Fill this in and it opens WhatsApp with your details already written out — or just call +91 95600 69269. You are messaging the owner, not a call centre.
Takes under a minute.
Questions
We have eight houses, all in Noida. For boys: Sector 19, 26, 31, 36 and 51. For girls: Sector 19, 30 and 39. In Sector 19 we run two separate buildings, one for each — they are not the same house.
Your furnished AC room, meals as per the plan (two a day on weekdays, three on weekends) with morning and evening tea, electricity with power backup, free high-speed WiFi, daily housekeeping, RO drinking water, geyser and use of the washing machine. No separate WiFi or maintenance charge.
On weekdays you get two meals a day — breakfast before you leave and dinner when you are back — because most residents are at college or office through lunch. On weekends and holidays we serve all three. Morning and evening chai is served every day regardless.
Every house has its own kitchen with an experienced cook and a helper working in it. Nothing is catered in from outside or sent across from another house, which is why the food actually tastes home-made.
Single occupancy, double, triple and four sharing. Four is our maximum — we do not put five or six beds in a room, whatever the demand. Every resident gets their own bed, almirah and study space in all four options.
A maximum of 24 hours. You message the owner directly on WhatsApp or call — there is no helpdesk and no caretaker who has to escalate it upward. That direct line is the whole point of staying somewhere run by a person rather than a chain.
Never. Each house is exclusively for boys or exclusively for girls, with its own entrance, its own staff and its own kitchen. Even in Sector 19, where we have both, they are two separate buildings.
Both stay with us, and have for over ten years. Students get quiet rooms with a proper table and chair to study at; working professionals get flexible timings, hot water at odd hours and dinner kept aside if they are late.
We know classes and shifts run late, so there is no hard curfew. We do ask that you let us know if you will be away overnight — it is a safety matter, and it is what we tell parents when they ask.
There is no long lock-in. We ask for one month's notice before you vacate so the room can be re-let, and your security deposit is refunded after a routine check of the room.
Charges depend on the sector, the sharing type and what is free at the time, so we would rather quote you accurately than post a number that keeps changing. Send a WhatsApp and we will share exact figures the same day, with nothing hidden.
